As we have already discussed, a high-quality latex mattress will last years and require minimal maintenance, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t expect a guarantee from your manufacturer or supplier. An experienced, knowledgeable manufacturer and supplier should have complete confidence in their products and have no problem offering you a guarantee of 5–15 years. Even if you never need to take advantage of it (and with a latex mattress, it’s unlikely that you will), it’s just an extra level of security and peace of mind. 

We take this principle further and allow a trial period of 50 days for all our mattresses and 30 days for all toppers, so customers can experience the benefits first-hand before they indefinitely decide whether a latex mattress is right for them. This also means that if you are not quite sure what you prefer in terms of your mattress’s density, etc., you will get a chance to consider your options and be certain that what you’re buying is the right choice for you.

We don’t charge for this service, but it has been proven to be more than worth it over the years, as we very rarely get returns from our customers.
