Delivery of toppers to the UK Mainland and Scotland are fulfilled by DPD; it is a standard one-man service and takes 2-4 days.

• Standard courier deliveries are carried out by DPD Local on a one-man service to the front door of the building only. You may ask the driver to take the box up to your property; however, this cannot be guaranteed, as it rests with the driver's discretion to do it
• Once the topper is shipped, you will receive an automatic dispatch email notification with tracking details
• Subsequently, DPD will send you an email and text notification on the delivery date with a one-hour time slot for delivery

Your order will be dispatched automatically. Use the options on the DPD tracking link to adjust the date or specify instructions if the current date is not convenient.

Yes,our Ultimate Talalay Latex Topper can be used on all mattress types—memory foam, pocket-sprung, hybrid, and latex mattresses. However, if the mattress has a hand-tufted button finish, the topper will fill the gaps between the bumps, and this may give the impression of sagging or dipping. 

While it can improve comfort and support, a topper will not fix a severely sagging mattress. The mattress needs to be intact and provide a solid base for the topper. Please note that latex is quite a dense and heavy material and follows the contours of the mattress underneath. If there are any indentations on the mattress surface, they will also be present on the topper. It's essential to assess the condition of your mattress before opting for a topper. 

Talalay is a complex contemporary manufacturing method that involves a few additional steps as compared to the Dunlop latex process. Before baking, the latex is whipped into a froth, poured into a mould, sealed with a vacuum, and then rapidly frozen. The key distinction is the freezing stage (-30°C/-22°F), when the round cells break open so they can connect with each other. Talalay latex is up to 10 times more breathable than other foams due to these interconnected round cells. The cell structure is very consistent, and the topper has one uniform feel all the way through from top to bottom as well as a lighter, fluffier feel. The process is more expensive due to its two extra steps and the limitation of the size of the moulds.

ActiproTM technology is used in the fabric to provide healthful protection against allergens, dust mites, and odours, which helps to maintain a clean, fresh, and healthy sleep environment. Actipro is an anti-bacterial treatment applied to the Tencel fabric that uses active probiotics. Actipro probiotic finish is a safe and effective natural solution for combating allergens without destroying the positive microorganisms. During manufacture, the Actipro microflora is attached to the cover fabric using natural clay technology. Actipro offers natural protection against house dust mites by neutralising the allergens.

No, toppers made entirely of 100% natural Talalay latex do not release any gases. The toppers may have a mild natural rubber scent initially when they come out of our factory, but it dissipates within a few days.

According to UK law, all mattresses must comply with certain fire safety standards. It is a legal requirement for all mattresses to be made fire-retardant. A tear in the fabric, which can be caused by accidental damage such as the fabric catching some sharp object, will not invoke the warranty as this is not a manufacturing fault or defect and therefore is NOT covered by the guarantee.

Latex Sense reserves the right to refuse warranty repair or replacement if a new topper becomes damaged due to being used on an indented mattress or bed base with inadequate slat gaps (greater than 3 inches), a second-hand bed foundation with insufficient support, or if the topper is in an unsanitary condition.

Latex Sense reserves the right to supply an equivalent alternative, in the instance where the mattress in question has been discontinued and is not repairable.

Will I qualify for credit?

Credit applications will be considered for individuals who meet the following criteria:

• You are over 18 years of age.
• You are a permanent UK resident and able to provide a 3-year address history.
• You are in employment or retired and receive a gross annual income of at least £10,000.
• You have a good credit history.
• You have a debit or credit card.

Applications are also welcome from retired individuals.

How do I pay using finance?

If you would like to take advantage of one of our finance packages, simply put the desired product in your basket and proceed to checkout.

Once you have filled in your delivery information, you will be given the option of paying via finance. At this point, you will be directed to the KLARNA website, where your finance request will be processed, and if accepted, your order will be passed on to Latex Sense for dispatch.

Is a deposit required?

A deposit is required on all orders. You can choose a deposit amount of 10%, 20%, or 50% of the total price of the products you’d like to purchase.

How are my monthly payments made?

Your monthly repayments will be taken via direct debit from your chosen bank account.
