Delivery of pillows to the UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, and Scotland is fulfilled by DPD and Evri, depending on postcode location; it is a standard one-man service and takes 2-3 days. Please note that delivery to Northern Ireland and remote areas could take 4-5 days.
- Standard courier deliveries are carried out by DPD Local and Evri on a one-man service to the front door of the building only
- Once the pillow is shipped, you will receive an automatic dispatch email notification with tracking details
- Subsequently, DPD will send you an email and text notification on the delivery date with a one-hour time slot for delivery
- Likewise, you can track your UK parcel at the Evri website, Evri | Cheap Parcel Delivery & Courier Service UK. You just need to enter your 16-digit tracking number or your 8-digit calling card number

Exchange and Return Policy
You are entitled to return or exchange a pillow within 30 days, provided the product has not been used, is in the original packaging, and is in a resell-able condition. Email or call us, and we’ll send you a prepaid return label. Just print the label, pop it on the box, and drop it off at any drop-off location.
Due to the intimate nature of pillows, these items are exempt from the statutory cooling-off period under the Distance Selling Regulations when they have been unsealed. Therefore, for reasons of health and hygiene, any pillows that have been unsealed will be deemed to be used and cannot be returned for any reason other than a manufacturing fault. If you open or remove the protective bag, you cannot return this product under our returns policy. Your legal rights are unaffected. Please test the pillow for comfort and size with the plastic bag still on. Only remove the bag if you are satisfied and wish to keep the pillow.
All deliveries, returns, and exchanges within the UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, and Scotland are free of charge. Please be aware that any requests for return or exchange must be initiated in written form (via email) or by phone within the 30-day trial period.
Once the exchange or return has been authorised, it has to be arranged within 14 days of the notice being served. Once the return request has been triggered and authorised, the goods must be collected within 14 days. On satisfactory return of the goods, we will issue a refund of the purchase price.
The 30-day trial policy applies to purchases made outside of the UK. However, customers outside of the UK are responsible for returning or exchanging their products and covering all expenses they will incur.
