Delivery of toppers to the UK Mainland and Scotland are fulfilled by DPD; it is a standard one-man service and takes 2-4 days.

• Standard courier deliveries are carried out by DPD Local on a one-man service to the front door of the building only. You may ask the driver to take the box up to your property; however, this cannot be guaranteed, as it rests with the driver's discretion to do it
• Once the topper is shipped, you will receive an automatic dispatch email notification with tracking details
• Subsequently, DPD will send you an email and text notification on the delivery date with a one-hour time slot for delivery

Your order will be dispatched automatically. Use the options on the DPD tracking link to adjust the date or specify instructions if the current date is not convenient.

The Organic Latex Topper comes with a 10-year manufacturer’s guarantee covering faults in materials and workmanship, including sagging. The warranty applies to visible indentations deeper than 2cm.

Bed Base Requirements:

• Mattresses must be used on suitable bed bases with correct slat spacing

Latex Sense acts as a credit intermediary and offers credit products from KLARNA. Credit is provided, subject to age and status.

We can offer interest-free credit for purchases made through our website where the total amount of the products is over £400.

Will I qualify for credit?

Credit applications will be considered for individuals who meet the following criteria:

• You are over 18 years of age.
• You are a permanent UK resident and able to provide a 3-year address history.
• You are in employment or retired and receive a gross annual income of at least £10,000.
• You have a good credit history.
• You have a debit or credit card.

Applications are also welcome from retired individuals.

How do I pay using finance?

If you would like to take advantage of one of our finance packages, simply put the desired product in your basket and proceed to checkout.

Once you have filled in your delivery information, you will be given the option of paying via finance. At this point, you will be directed to the KLARNA website, where your finance request will be processed, and if accepted, your order will be passed on to Latex Sense for dispatch.

Is a deposit required?

A deposit is required on all orders. You can choose a deposit amount of 10%, 20%, or 50% of the total price of the products you’d like to purchase.

How are my monthly payments made?

Your monthly repayments will be taken via direct debit from your chosen bank account.
