Delivery process 

• We will ship the mattress with our appointed delivery carrier, who will contact you directly to book a delivery date
• The carrier will email, text, or call you to propose a date for delivery. If accepted by you, they will then proceed with the relevant arrangements. You will be notified whether delivery will be in the morning or in the afternoon
• The courier will either send a text message or email the night before the delivery to confirm delivery the following day and provide a 3-hour delivery window
• The 2-man crew will call you when en route to confirm their anticipated time of arrival
• Delivery is executed in a professional and timely manner
• The crew will take the mattress to your room of choice, unpack it, and place it on the bed for you. The box and all packaging will be lifted upon departure

Old mattress disposal

• We offer old mattress disposal; you need to choose the 2-man delivery option and add disposal service at checkout. The charge is £60 per piece
• The old mattress will be collected when the new one is delivered. This service is available only if you choose the two-man delivery option at the checkout. Your old mattress is then responsibly recycled here in the UK by a specialist recycling centre

Delivery dates and timeframes are not guaranteed; therefore, we advise against letting go of your old mattress before the delivery of your new one.

All natural latex is harvested from rubber trees. The sap, also called latex milk, is transformed into foam through vulcanisation using natural soaps, vulcanising agents, and gelling agents. Our 100% natural latex is environmentally friendly and contains no solvents or toxic chemicals.

No, the Dunlop 800 Latex Mattress may have a mild natural rubber scent when first unpacked, particularly with natural latex. This is not the same as chemical off-gassing and usually fades within a short period. Products tested to recognised standards are designed to minimise odours and emissions.

Latex Sense reserves the right to refuse warranty claims if damage results from inadequate support, excessive slat gaps, second-hand bed bases, or unsanitary conditions.

How to Return or Exchange:

The Dunlop 800 Latex Mattress comes with a 5-year manufacturer's guarantee covering faults in materials and workmanship, including sagging. The warranty applies to visible indentations deeper than 2cm.

• Defects in materials or workmanship

Proof of Purchase:

• A copy of the original sales receipt is required for all warranty claims

• It remains valid from the original purchase date, even after repair or replacement
• No refunds are issued; faulty products are repaired or replaced
• If the mattress is sold or transferred, the new owner has no warranty rights

Inspection and Assessment:

• Latex Sense may request an independent inspection by an approved third party, such as ISM Networks (Furniture Services)
• Inspections assess both the mattress and the supporting bed base

What Is Not Covered:

• Accidental damage, including fabric tears or cuts
• Damage caused by sharp objects
• Issues resulting from poor bed base support
• Use on unsuitable or unsanitary foundations

Bed Base Requirements:

• Mattresses must be used on suitable bed bases with correct slat spacing
• Damage caused by inadequate support may void the guarantee

Discontinued Products:

• If the original model is discontinued and cannot be repaired, an equivalent replacement may be supplied
